Oxipit Demo Deployment Options – Quick Setup Guide
When a partner or a client wants to evaluate Oxipit with a small dataset or quick demo, we offer the below 'flexible' options. The goal is to allow you to preview how Oxipit works without the need for a full-scale deployment.
Option 1: You Send Us Data – We Process It
Overview: You provide us with anonymized DICOM data for retrospective analysis.
How it works:
You can share data as an example via one of the following:
- Secure SFTP server hosted by Oxipit (we provide access credentials)
- Google Drive etc (you upload the data yourself and share the link with us)
- Your own file transfer platform
We run the data on our internal server and host the results in our analytics dashboard, which we then share with you via a link.
Option 2: Hosted Demo Server with Live Access
Overview: Oxipit sets up a temporary cloud or on-premise server and analytics dashboard you can access directly.
➤ Please note: We require a timeline for this option so we know when to schedule server shutdown and cleanup.
How it works:
1. We spin up a server or use an existing one you provide to host our software.
2. You send us data to the server via DICOM C-STORE.
3. Results are processed and visible through a web-based analytics page on the server.
Option 3: Other – You Propose the Setup
Overview: If the options above don’t meet your needs, we’re happy to work with your preferred setup or process.
How it works:
1. You let us know how you’d like to run the demo.
2. We’ll review feasibility and confirm next steps.
How to Get Started:
When requesting a demo, please confirm:
1. Which option you'd prefer.
2. Expected dataset size and type (Chest X-ray, etc.).
3. Whether any special data handling/security rules apply.
4. Who will be the technical point of contact.

These demo options are designed for quick, low-effort setups and are not full deployments.
